Turning a strong offline fitness community into a scalable direct-to-consumer digital product.

A mature fitness brand needed a direct-to-consumer offering that could attract new audiences while complementing its instructor-led ecosystem. The opportunity required more than building an app: the business needed evidence for product-market fit, a clear value proposition, pricing logic, an experience that felt authentic to the brand, and a launch plan capable of creating repeat engagement.
Etelligens combined stakeholder discovery, user interviews, market research, product strategy, pricing analysis, experience mapping, design, engineering planning, and growth marketing. Research compared loyal and lapsed users as well as in-person and hybrid behaviors to identify what people valued most about the physical experience. Those insights guided MVP prioritization, subscription positioning, content strategy, and an experience designed to make movement, community, and convenience work together across devices.
Strategy, experience, engineering, data, and operations were planned around the same business outcome rather than delivered as disconnected workstreams.
The program created a validated digital extension of an established fitness ecosystem and a repeatable foundation for subscription growth. The product reached more than 400,000 users and maintained a 4.7+ app-store rating, demonstrating that the digital proposition could scale while preserving the energy and accessibility customers expected from the brand.
